Feelings and emotions can sometimes be hard to express.

Sometimes we might not feel comfortable expressing them, whether it's because of judgment from others, or from our very own selves.

But feelings are valid and it's okay to have emotions and be vulnerable, it’s what makes us human.

Bottling up your emotions can end up hurting you or the ones around you in the long run.

Emotions are valid, especially during teen years when there are so many of them. It’s important to understand your own feelings and learn how to regulate them and express them in a healthy way.
